In addition to stocking all parts for Orley Meyer products, we maintain a large inventory of commonly used part for other cranes and hoists. Our machine shop can also manufacture custom crane part from stock steel shafts, forgings, and castings for special applications or emergency breakdown repairs.

Magnetic Control Conversion... upgrades your present drum or magnetic controllers to state-of-the-art A.C. and D.C. magnetic crane controls custom-designed for your application.
A.C. Variable-Frequency Drive Conversion... puts the flexibility of state-of-the-art A.C. frequency controls on your existing cranes. Wound-rotor or single-speed motors can be reused to give your cranes stepless or stepped control, with linear acceleration and deceleration characteristics superior to that of the original equipment.
D.C. Static Drives... are available to meet the most demanding crane and hoist applications. For precision operation with highest reliability and safety, D.C. static controls are the choice of many steel mill and government applications.
Radio Remote Control... provides the ultimate in control flex- ability for safe operation. Digital remote control systems are a cost-effective solution when building or operational restrictions make operation from a standard crane pendant unsafe or unworkable.
Festoon Systems... replace bare copper wire, or sliding bar conductors for maintenance-free transmission of power along the crane bridge. Traveling pushbutton festoon systems give the operator greater flexibility in operation at minimum cost by allowing operation at any point along the crane span.
Mechanical Continuity Monitor... provides the ultimate in safe braking, ensuring positive braking AT THE HOIST DRUM should any mechanical system fail in the hoist drive train.
