XN range

• QUIET OPERATION! The 5 and 6 pocket chain wheels are heat treated and ground to a high tolerance providing especially smooth lifting.
  
  
• The lifting hook is made of high grade steel and is provided with a safety latch.
  
  
• PREVENT OVERLOADS! The friction torque limiter prevents the misuse of the hoist from overload and gives protection from accidental overhoisting and overlowering.
  
  
• The motors are available with various voltages and for operator safety low voltage control is standard.
  
  
• The electric control panel encloses the electrical components such as the contactors, transformer, terminal strips, etc. while providing easy access for maintenance.
  
  
• Epoxy painted for optimal protection, the hoist body is constructed from pressure cast aluminum for weight reduction. Efficient heat dissipation is achieved via its ribbed design.
  
  
• The load, chain is electro-zinc plated, heat treated and has a high tensile strength. The chain is also specially calibrated for chain hoist use.

KKT Manual Chain Hoist

Our top of the line Manual Chain Hoist, the KKT is robust and constructed entirely of steel to withstand the harsh environments of construction and maintenance applications.

• Lower hook limit is maintained by fixed stop on chain.
• Load limiter to prevent lifting loads beyond rated capacity.
• Lifting and suspension hooks are made of forged steel, fitted with safety latches and marked with inspection points.
• Gear mechanism has been designed to enable lifting with minimal effort.
• 10 feet (3 meters) standard lift. Hand chain is 2 feet (0.5 meters) less than lift. Non-standard lifts available.
• High strength grade 80 alloy steel load chain with galvanized finish for corrosion resistance.
• Spark resistant options available.

KM Series II Manual Chain Hoist
